I am itching to give my blog a facelift, a new image, maybe even a new name, but I haven’t had time to put much thought to it yet, let alone sit down to change everything.
I turned to my poetic husband for inspiration, asking him what was the first animal that comes to mind when he thinks of a strong, tough, resilient animal.
He said, quite seriously, “A badger.”
I can’t say the idea of modeling my blog makeover on a badger exactly lights me up with enthusiasm, so back to ye old drawing board!
Meanwhile, I seem to be having technical difficulties with WordPress. It might be my archaic, Stone Age era monitor, but the menu on my home page is so faint, it’s like it has disappeared. I have tried editing my settings, but now that WordPress has launched some changes to its formatting, I am not finding where to edit the font for my menu text or background.
Is it just my monitor, or is the menu bar at the top of my blog page washed out for everyone else, too?
And any other votes for the badger? Ha ha.
