After a week of consistent workouts, but eating habits that still have a ton of room for improvement, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect at my weigh- in yesterday morning. I was pleasantly surprised: a loss of 3.8 pounds!
It’s rewarding and motivating to see results from the changes I am making. This week I am going to focus on cutting back on soda.
This weekend has been nice…rainy, but nice. I feel more relaxed when all of the kids are here. The only time I know for sure they are safe and being properly cared for is when they are all here. I will enjoy it while they are here.
Tomorrow promises to be a very busy day, so I will do as much relaxing as I can tonight!
